Rebuilding Communities
Positive Housing Solutions, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable
organization that constructs, renovates and provides safe, decent, and
stable housing to those who are experiencing housing problems, including
those who are homeless and those whose homes have been affected by
foreclosures and natural disasters.

What we do
Obtain abandoned and foreclosed properties
Renovate properties per building codes to safe and decent standards.
Provide improved housing for affordable rentals and/or home purchases
Create jobs by using local manpower, sub-contractors, and material suppliers
Partner with local real estate, lending, and credit counseling professionals to deliver
our product to those in need
Collaborate with local nonprofits and service providers to rebuild individuals and families |
